B) The room was cold, we had to turn up the heat at least 5 to 8 degrees. However in the room, you need a flashlight!!! It's really way too dark, especially since the ceilings are dark grey. Close to the highway & airport What doesn't work at all: A) the lighting in the hallways is so bright, you need sunglasses. Oh by the way, the young man at the reception asked us the strangest question ! When two people arrive at a hotel and give their names, why in the world would you ask them if they have a reservation? What works: 1. We got to reception, only to be told it wasn't the right hotel.
It was late in the evening, we drove 3 hours, we were tired and it was raining. We got the main location as this is the only one listed. For some strange reason that address isn't listed here nor on Google Maps. Wilfrid-Laurier Boulevard, which took us some time to find. I stayed at the Grand Times Hotel a few weeks ago during a business trip.
